Returns & Exchanges

At Brambas Barefoot, we want your feet to feel free and comfortable; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in unworn, original condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn barefoot shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
